Users would like to search for a project tag not by the full id eg. EXT-2022-69, but by part of it e.g. 69, 2022, or EXT.
Note that year and project type are already filterable with a dropdown but the request is to specifically adjust the search logic via a string.

This is possible but results for these kind of matches should not be prioritised, as searching for project name or exact id has preference. They should therefore be placed at the end.
