User Story or Problem Statement

As a developer, I need to understand best practices and what is needed to when starting the template migration work.

Steps for Implementation

  • Meet with Sitewide developers to understand their perspective and needs when going through the template migration work.
  • Using the experience of fixing a defect (add ticket link), document best practices and tips in a runbook for future developers.
  • Determine policy and best practices for PR reviews and document in runbook

Feedback from Sitewide

  • We need support on Next Build code ownership, PR reviews, and Next Build in Tugboat

Acceptance Criteria

  • A first draft of a documented runbook in Github that will be used by developers when doing the template migration work.
