I want to release our Higher Level Review (HLR) confirmation page changes
So that Veterans can benefit from the content changes

Background Context

We updated the HLR confirmation page to show all of the submitted form data to enable Veterans who print the page to see the choices and data they submitted to the VA, just like the previously updated NOD confirmation page. These changes are behind a feature toggle "insert name here" which is currently enabled in staging, but disabled in production.
