Create self-contained HTML report for air-gapped environments

When executing the tool with the option to export as HTML, the file seems to be trying to load some of the resources from Internet.
While this is fine for mose of the cases, there are air-gapped environments that do not have internet connectivity.
It is therefore needed to place the HTML resources somewhere in the library, or create a self-containing HTML file that does not make Internet calls.

@hideintheclouds Thanks for the report! Popeye leverages font-awesome to make the html output somewhat decent.
In envs with no public internet, it might be best to choose another output format that won't require external access.
