Moving one event of a recurring does not show event that moved. #473

The problem

If there is a reoccuring appointment and one of them is moved via the edit command, that event is not moved.

This is also impacting deletion of recurring events. Looks like EXDATE is not being properly handled somewhere...

Just noticed that one of my recurring meetings has disappeared from Google although it is on my outlook calendar. This may be following the same issue.
