Add second order transfer maps $T_{ijk}$ for drift, dipole, quadrupole, sextupole, solenoid

Proposed change:

  • Rename the tracking_methods naming to be more specific:
    • Default method "cheetah" to "linear", using only $R$ matrix
    • Add "second_order", using $R$ and $T$
    • "bmad-x" to "exact" (drift, dipole quadrupole) or "bmad"? (TDC,... )
