Explain the possible use cases for the feature

Any other details you would like to provide?

We should also add options to convert TOML to YAML and JSON, this can be added as a second PR if not built into the first PR.

Hello @dlford Sorry 😢 , I've been busy lately. I want to work on this issue, but my schedule are packed. Would you mind extending the time? Can I use external library, or do I have to write it all myself? 😃

@Vishwamagdavan no problem, keep in mind that Hacktoberfest ends Monday! But take all the time you need. External libraries are ok to use!
