Explain the proposed feature

A tool with a searchable list of emojis that when clicked will copy to the clipboard.

Available emojis - https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html

Adding unicode symbols would be a nice addition, but not required for this PR.

Unicode character sets - https://unicode-table.com/en/sets/

Explain the possible use cases for the feature

No response

Any other details you would like to provide?

This PR should:

  • Add a new emoji tool that meets the description above
  • Add test cases for the new tool

Hey @dlford , I'm new here (this repo) and interested to work on this issue. Before you assign it to me, could you please elucidate a bit more about this issue, i.e., in which language to write this tool and in which file structure format, whichever aligns properly with this project?
