If the @ button is clicked, for it to generate an e-mail draft prefilling the "To:" and "Subject:" fields with the information for the respective city's event.
Actual behavior
The "Subject:" field is prefilled, but the "To:" is not. First noticed for DevOps Days Vancouver event, happens on other cities' event pages as well.
Expected behavior

One of the website people in Vancouver is working on a fix at devopsdays/devopsdays-web@master...Velutas:VAN-2019-Email-In-To-Field but right now it's just a possible work-around.
Reproduction Steps
Visit any city's event page (e.g. https://www.devopsdays.org/events/2019-baltimore/welcome/) and click the @ button in the header.
Operating System and Version
Android 9.0 and Windows 10.
Web Browser and Version
Desktop Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98; not sure how to get mobile Chrome version (currently up to date)
