[FR] Support specifying evidence type in the API evidence create/update calls

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the API to register evidences one cannot set the Evidence Type leading to users having to manually go to GUI to update all the evidences defeating the purpose of automation.

Add support for specifying the evidence type via API.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternatives currently that I can see other than manually changing the Evidence Type through the GUI.
