[BUG] Case doesn't have a resolution note field

Describe the bug
The Case object doesn't have one of the most important field, like resolution note, when the case is closed. It has only a description field, but the purpose for it is different. The interesting part is that the case have a field called "closing_note", but we don't have any possibilities to fill it via GUI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Export a case or filter cases via API and you'll see that cases contain field closing_note

Expected behavior
There is a possibility to fill the closing note for a single case
