Would you mind clarifying how scrambled the sound is? Can you still make out words, but they are distorted? Or is it completely unintelligible? |

My two-way audio is also scrambled on my Ring Doorbell Pro. Video and Audio from the doorbell are working perfectly, microphone audio sent from the Home app is extremely distorted and unintelligible. Running Homebridge v1.5.0 and Homebridge-Ring v11.0.5. Here's the debug log when I press the talk button. Scrypted works with cameras and I am keeping dgreif/ring for sensors only.

I have the same issue with mine
Homebridge v 1.5.0
Homebridge Ring v 11.1.0
It would be great to find a resolution to this because using the ring app is fine when I have my phone handy but if I'm using the apple TV or my Macbook this doesn't work.

Hi please forgive me if I am asking the question in the wrong place.
I am running on Homebridge v1.4.1 and Homebridge-ring v11.0.5, everything works fine except for the intercom feature. I can hear clearly from Ring camera / doorbell but whatever I said from my phone it turned into scrambled sound to the Ring camera / doorbell.
Using the Ring app is totally fine without issue.
Any idea where I should check please?
