New Word Count Regex

Hi, this plugin is awesome. It works very well.
Just went to see how it worked and noticed you are using the old word count code.
The default obsidian word count algorithm changed recently.
Thanks to liamcane it is now updated to work with other languages and it counts in the same way as obsidian now.

Thanks for the note! Is the new word count algorithm the one you are currently using in https://github.com/lukeleppan/better-word-count/blob/master/src/stats.ts ?
