Old http_mapping is not removed after changing PMT application_protocol #271

Scenario:

start VM in development mode
add new PMT with application_protocol set to http
edit PMT and change application_protocol from http into https

As a conclusion 2 port_mappings (for http and https) exist instead of one for https
