[建议]对static目录也支持env环境变量 #1865

指定env时：会将/static/[mode]/[env]目录 和/static/[mode]和/static目录进行合并。

感觉不太好实现，因为env完全是用户自定义的，可能有也可能没有，也不是一个可枚举的值，所以在copy /static/[mode]的时候无法确定需要排除掉哪些文件夹，如果除了[env]之外全部排除掉也可能带来非预期的bad case

那可以不合并，或者反过来，/static/[env]/[mode]
