NHC - HC Sync

Sometimes not all HC encounters are possible or you switch to HC for some reason like in ICC for example.

It would be cool if the Addon not only looks for one item with its ID but also searches the same Item based on name retrieved from the initial Prio Item and looks for a NHC or vice versa HC Item.

I don't know if the Wow API allows that kind of queries but a dynamical way like that would be a cool addition.

There is an Option for TotC but only static. :(
