Pizza cook as initiative #7

User should be able to "select" a cook from the initiatives of di. (See list on the right https://digitaleinitiativen.at/initiativen/)
A "Koordinator" is used.
It is quickly explained what the "initiative" does.
The "person" ordering the pizza is displayed.
The name of the pizza is specific to the initiative.
Everything should be configurable through a json file.
