We really like the idea of reading excel file to csv in the polars project. We actually already have xlsx2csv as an optional dependency. However, we found out that this project uses a GPL license, where we are MIT.
Is there a possibility of us using xlsx2csv and maintaining the MIT license? Pherhaps unders some conditions, restrictions? We only use it in a single function, pherhaps a function could be excempted from the license?
I am just thinking aloud here. If you like the project maintain GPL that's fine as well. Then we just have to go back to the drawing board. :)
