Python 2.7 dependencies error (setuptools 61.2.0 not found)

In the last GitHub CI/CD workflow I got this problem:

It looks like xlsx2csv v0.8.0 is pulling setuptools 61.2.0, but this isn't available for Python 2.7:

A previous run (21 days ago) pulled xlsx2csv v0.7.8 without problems:

So now I'm installing v0.7.8, but I think the v0.8.0 should either fix it or just drop Python 2
