Episodes with Unknown Air Date are not listed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Series with at least one episode with an unknown air date (e.g. Firefly)
2. Refresh Episode list in Acquire
3. Only episodes with an air date are displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should display episodes with unknown air date, generally for episodes that did 
not air but where released in another format such as DVD releases
