Your Insight gain is faster when you are around sane people and they will recover sanity when around you.

The Moralist perk currently doesn't perform the effects in the description, as of current implementation it only causes sanity damage to the user when in view of those with low sanity or health, and gives them 2% insight gain per human in view above 60 sanity. It should in addition be giving those above 60 sanity in view a bonus to their sanity recovery as stated in the perk description, yet it is not.
