The following pyyaml calls should be safe:

yaml.load(..., Loader=yaml.SafeLoader)
yaml.load(..., Loader=yaml.CSafeLoader)

I believe this is equivalent to using safe_load, but I've encountered a few false positives in the wild using this code.
