Organize Funding and obtain TrackChair

Need to actually get our hands on our project materials. An official letter backing us from the Air Force Research Lab or Ohio Air Institute will be need to receive immediate financial backing from Case. The method with which we will obtain the wheel chair is not yet known.

The first hurdle will be setting up regular correspondence with our contact at AFRL.
