Fully upgrade to canjs 5 and steal 2.0 #331

Currently this app is mostly upgraded to canjs 5. But we want to also:

  • Use the main can package.
  • Upgrade to steal 2.0.
  • Change to use the component constructors.
  • Use the new can-route-pushstate.

I'm updating can-zone to 1.0 and then will update this issue: #336
