Description
For tracking from Slack: Re Heroku free dynos are going away.
"I don’t think we are using Redis anymore, since we removed the custom doorbell part of the app, so we can probably just remove Redis (after verifying that nothing in the code needs it)."

Two parts:

  • Make sure our code is not using Redis, and remove all references. Remove references to redis #732
  • Actually remove Heroku redis as needed
  • Confirm that nothing breaks
