Column Sort Arrows Very Hard to See

Looking at this image, can you tell me which column I am sorting by?
(It's ETA)

Can there be an option or an update or something that changes these arrows to White or some other more visible color than dark gray on dark gray?
If there's a way for me, a moron, to change it myself then I can do that too
