Stream images to web page

Hi everyone,
I've been wondering about this feature for a while, and so far I've solved it with web sockets, but the performance isn't the best.
I then tried to implement the stream using multipart/x-mixed-replace, following the streaming example used by the ESP32.

But I can't find a way to make it work, I tried both with newStreamResponse.
Can you direct me to the correct path?
