Above this form there should be an informational box:

With the following information:

Add a coordinator to the destination, and set the date they're starting as a coordinator, and the day they're done. If you do not set a end date, the coordinator will be a coordinator forever.

If you want to remove a coordinator, select the coordinator and select today's date as the end date.

The format of the box can be as in the Trip signup form:
