This was removed, they want it back.

Is this not already implemented? This status is available when changing status for a trip.

They reported that it was removed.

Did you check as admin? Which status did the trip have at the time?

I logged into production and the trip status "Noshow" is an option. However, it seems that you get an error when you try to select it. I guess thats the problem.
