I installed 1.0.0 version without "bundle" feature. Then built it with DUCKDB_LIB_DIR with latest duckdb lib version. Also need to add LD_LIBRARY_PATH with the duckdb lib during runtime.

R-Trees are only available on DuckDB 1.1.1
