Consider scheduling "flavours" of shifts rather than random #24

Rather than preferred shifts being random, we could instead do something like

25% of employees prefer Mon-Fri
25% of employees prefer Wed-Sun
25% of employees prefer Sat-Wed
25% of employees are random
