Add support for KCX_BT_EMITTER

Hi, will it be very difficult to integrate KCX_BT_EMITTER like this?
This module can ramp up the usefulness of radio exponentially
Would be good to be able to stream via Bluetooth to a decent speaker, soundbar etc...
There is also a library that should be very simple to integrate through serial for begging
