As a campus department, I expect that only OA Policy publications will be displayed in my Elements-linked department series in addition to my campus's general postprint series. To this end, please update the RT2 connector logic so that the deposit mirroring to dept series with an Elements group ID connected in eScholarship only add the dept series for OA Policy items. If this is not related to RT2, please indicate where the logic is so we can decide the next steps forward.
Acceptance Criteria
The result should be two paths for Elements deposits:
Location 1: All items deposited via Elements should be located in the campus(es) postprint/recent works series
Location 2+: Any item deposited via Elements with an "In OA Policy" flag should have a secondary location of the linked dept series
