Generated specs do not have valid date, url

The very start of the doc is missing two substitutions that I see in the both the pdf and html versions:

All existing copyright notices, or if one does not exist, a notice (hypertext is preferred, but a textual representation is permitted) of the form: "Copyright (c) [$date-of-document] Eclipse Foundation, Inc. <>"

It looks like these are just bad placeholders that should be updated to use asciidoc attributes.
