Original issue: eclipsesource/ecore-glsp#87

When working with the editor it sometimes happens that all nodes are deflated.

A simple reload fixes the problem, because the serialization is not affected by this bug.

To reproduce:

Change something in a file
Open another Editor
Do something in the original file again
Nodes will get deflated/see-through

If you close the other Editor everything will be normal again
