📢 Wakaama Revival ! 🏗

Hi all,

Since several month the Wakaama project was not so active.
Thanks to willingness of some contributors and Eclipse foundation, the project is reviving ! 🎉

What does it mean ?

1. ✅ New committers should join the team. (@sbertin-telular should be the first one) (Recruiting new committers. 👷‍♀️ #572)
2. ✅ We will begin to integrate ongoing PR. (🏗 Integrate open PRs 🚧 #486)
3. ✅ We should also handle opened issues. (Handle opened issues 🗃 #507)
4. We should also discuss about future of the 1.0 version. (❓ Future of 1.0 version ❓ #487)
5. ✅ We should discuss about setting a CI infrastructure. (Travsi-ci / any other CI #182)
6. We should also probably have a kind of road map or at least a list of hot topic ? (🛣 Roadmap 🎯 #597)
7. ✅ Discuss about instant messaging (Real-time messaging (chat) for the Wakaama project? #490)
8. Adding some common community documentation (Add community "classic" documentation. 📘 #491)
9. Defining supported compilers, architectures, language versions (Supported compilers, architectures, language versions #494)
10. ✅ Elect a new project lead (Elect a new project lead 👨‍🔧 #616)

✅ At the same time we should also begin to have a look at all opened issues.

So Wakaama is back on track. Stay tuned ! 📻
