Importing https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java doesn't create Eclipse projects

Expected Behavior

Importing https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java into Eclipse Version: 2024-03 (4.31.0) Build id: 20240307-1437 with Buildship Eclipse Buildship Buildship, Eclipse Plug-ins for Gradle 3.1.9.v20240115-1636 org.eclipse.buildship should create Eclipse projects.

Current Behavior

Buildship doesn't create projects and says:

The supplied phased action failed with an exception.
Could not create task ':instrumentation:logback:logback-appender-1.0:library:collectReachabilityMetadata'.
Cannot set the value of task ':instrumentation:logback:logback-appender-1.0:library:collectReachabilityMetadata' property 'metadataService' of type org.graalvm.buildtools.gradle.internal.GraalVMReachabilityMetadataService using a provider of type org.graalvm.buildtools.gradle.internal.GraalVMReachabilityMetadataService.

Context

Can't use Eclipse.
