bug: 中英文数据应该是都缓存了? #117

然而,造成的问题是中英文数据没有同步更新.
我的中文数据部分至今从未更新过,并且一直不能更新.
今天去看英文部分,是自动更新到最新了. 但不知道未来是否还能继续更新?

hi 抱歉，没太能理解具体的问题。是指 GitHub 数据抓取到的不是最新数据吗？但在切换到英文界面以后，数据又是最新的了吗？如果是这样的话，有可能是缓存导致的
