Permettre l'utilisation de data.gouv pour filtrer les bouquest --> Related #183

Utiliser le principe / tooling de #356 (comme cela a été fait pour les indicateurs territoriaux).

Important à terme pour les perfs et ne plus avoir à rapatrier tous les bouquets + harmonisation technique des différentes pages
