refactored table filtering and customisation

Users need to be able to choose which columns should be shown, in which position, to order them, and to filter them individually. Additionally, it should be possible to add columns from other tables.

This will make the drop-down filters unneeded and allow to handle queries.

Additionally, it would be useful to be able to access a custom page by clicking on the "..." icon.
