toolbar position broken

the toolbar top position is incorrect and is outside the bounds of the editorjs component when hovering on the image block only, it works fine for other kinds of blocks.

Same/similar issue here.

Toolbar flies to the top when file selection dialog is dismissed without selecting any file. Placeholder also doesn't disappear.

Same issue here. The mentioned issue #271 did help to find out that even hiding the caption input with the documented feature flag
features: { caption: 'optional' }
will break the tool bar in the same way.
(version 2.10.1 if that matters)
