Further analysis of KEGG and GO IDs from EggNOG-mapper output

Hi,

I'm new to EggNOG-mapper and may be missing something basic, so I appreciate your guidance. I have an output file (output_withpara_file.emapper.annotations) generated by EggNOG-mapper, which contains KEGG and GO IDs. I'd like to perform more in-depth analysis using the KEGG and GO information from the file, but I am unsure how to proceed.

Could you please help me with details on how to analyze and visualize KEGG pathways and GO terms from the output?
