[Help] Upgrading fargate nodes on cluster upgrade

What help do you need?

I followed this doc on cluster upgrading, but now realize I have quite a few fargate nodes running an older version of Kubernetes. The doc doesn't cover upgrading those nodes.

What is the proper way to get those upgraded to the latest version supported by the cluster?
