snapshotting datastreams using curator

It seems it is not possible to create a snapshot of datastreams.

I tried using alias but that did not work. no indices found.
I am able to snapshot the individual .DS indices but I am afraid that wont be enough.

Are there any plans to support datastreams using curator ?

I have the same problem. I want to use curator for managing my data streams and backboned indexes, but when I try to create snapshot, I have only list of indexes, without data streams

Can anyone help with it?
