List item sub-paragraphs aren't subordinate to parent item

Describe the bug

In the migrated restart-cluster.md, sub-paragraphs in list items aren't "under" the item the way they are in the Asciidoc version. They're flush left / standard paragraphs instead.

Expected behavior

I would expect indents and element hierarchy to carry over from the Asciidoc version

Steps to reproduce

• Build the elasticsearch guide
• Behold http://localhost:5000/restart-cluster.html and see no indents/hierarchy
