[Entity Analytics] Test Entity Analytics UIs in React 18

React 18 is coming to Kibana, we need to verify there are no issues in our UIs, please see this internal email, I have copied the relevant portion below.

• Asset criticality
• Risk scoring
• Entity store
• Flyouts
• Entity pages

Testing can be done locally by using the PR (#209337) or from main with REACT_18=true ENV flag:

REACT_18=true yarn bootstrap

REACT_18=true yarn start

You can also use cloud or project deployment from that PR.

I tested it on the main branch and all entity analytics features work. I also looked for a warning on the console but couldn't find any.
