Steps to reproduce

  1. Installed the ipad os version of the app on mac os
  2. I enabled the Touch id / Pin
  3. Relaunched the app
  4. Prompt for touch id appears
  5. The app is stuck on the login even after giving the touch ID or pressing the enter pin.

Outcome

What did you expect?

App should open after authentication

What happened instead?

Stuck on loading screen

App Reinstall is also not working. Tried deleting the Elemet X folder from ~/Library/Containers. that did not solve the issue either
