Add capability to edit text widgets for Front Page widgetized pages (Genesis)

Hi iseulde!

It would be great to have the ability to edit text widgets for widgetized pages. One way of editing pages for certain clients/users would be desirable. Or, maybe add a way, if possible, we can enable which content is to be editable.
