elmoCut not detecting devices.

Avast detects devices connected to Wi-Fi, but elmoCut does not. Please help me.
I did ARP scan and a Pinging scan. I'm using Windows 11 version 22H2 OS build 22621.1992

Does this only work when english is the default language?

Edit: After changing the language to english, the devices connected to the network started showing up,
BUT the app is unfunctional. The ability to kill the devices bandwith does not work (for me).

I don't know what you mean by local. I just changed the display language in the windows settings to English

hello, I have the same issue but my language is set to English already, and arp command on powershell gives me a list of the devices

one day i conncted to the wifi using usb tethering with my phone and now i get the issue in that picture
