Suggest to replace this lib and instead fork Standardjs or similar

This ruleset has quite a few critical errors, which currently have to be rediscovered in each project (or might just get missed). We are missing out on a community vetted list of rules that have been tried and tested by thousands of other projects.

I would propose to replace this lib with a fork of standardjs and override the base rulse to adjust for Emakina differences where necessary.
